About the role:

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for the execution of marketing projects across all franchises in the Endoscopy division. This Operations Specialist role is focused on coordinating resources (design, copywriting, production) with guidance from the Operations Manager as well as Marcom and Digital principal specialists.  Coordinates and facilitates the execution of specified projects and initiatives for the Digital Marketing & Communications Team. The Operations Specialist will work to establish project priorities and schedules, in line with strategic plans


This is a coordinator role requiring solid project management and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects across different product specialties. Work with both internal and external vendors to execute and drive projects to completion and able to give direction to content developers and agencies to ensure projects align to digital best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high performing environment is key.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Digital Marketing Campaign leads to help vet projects as part of a new triage process and identify areas for triage process improvements.
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings with key stakeholders of projects to facilitate creation of project briefs
  • Create project briefs to ensure projects are properly scoped, meet objectives and are within budget.
  • Coordinate creation of marketing collateral for product launches and other content including animations, videos, webcasts and includes physician/clinical case studies and presentations.
  • Manage content from creation through approval in compliance with standard operating procedures related to Regulatory, Clinical and Legal approval of Marketing materials
  • In collaboration with asset manager, work with designated leads from Sales Training and Professional Education to share newly developed content.
  • Support Operations Team as needed for projects.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and work with Corporate team to ensure photos are meeting digital requirements and e-commerce specifications.
  • Coordinate creation of tradeshow assets.
  • Assist the operations manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
  • Coordinates with different groups to achieve optimal work production across the board
  • Manage content from creation through approval in compliance with standard operating procedures related to Regulatory, Clinical and Legal approval of Marketing materials


What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications or Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years in operations or project management experience in B2B environment preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good social and presentation skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities across projects and stakeholders
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
