About the Role:
The Senior Business Administrator is responsible for effective implementation of Salesforce and its utilization across multiple Boston Scientific business divisions, and functions. Primary duties will include implementing hands on SFDC administration of user setup & provisioning, application of SFDC functionality, development of reports/dashboards, integration of information to SFDC, and support project execution to increase user adoption, drive data quality, streamline workflows, and help advance Sales Enablement initiatives.

This position will be responsible and accountable for translating business processes into system solutions by partnering with business and IT teams, preparing system requirements, perform complex configurations to match business unit requirements, providing SFDC application solutions and facilitating communication with sales representatives.  This position will require being a primary contact for various customer facing teams, who require maintenance, configuration, and decision support via reporting/dashboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design business process, rapid user interface configuration, user provisioning, data migration, report/dashboard design and implementation
  • Improve and enrich data quality in SFDC system
  • Assist Sales Enablement initiatives with project coordination / communications to raise user adoption, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales teams
  • Support change management and training efforts, communications and feedback through user groups and surveys
  • Write and shepherd User Stories through the intake process and work with the IT COE through the production development process
  • Perform formal user acceptance testing
  • Recommend, develop and implement SFDC solutions for interdependent business processes that will improve sales organization effectiveness & efficiency
  • Strengthen SFDC intake process by identifying & prioritizing opportunities to improve re-use and scalability of new capabilities across multiple teams
  • Assist organization with SFDC annual releases by building awareness of new emerging functionality and applicability to business needs
  • Ability to blend, technical, operational, sales, service and marketing requirements into well run SFDC system

What we are looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of business operations improvement experience 
  • Salesforce or related CRM experience 
    • Salesforce Certified, and Advanced Administrator
    • Strong background in Salesforce reports/dashboards, data management
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with ability to work across multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong technical acumen and demonstrated ability to analyze and deliver business information and processes. Ability to communicate business needs into business processes into technical solutions
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to positively impact business performance
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution
  • Demonstrated experience of increasing business efficiency through IT solutions, launch and training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business operations improvement experience in IT or sales
  • SFDC user experience
  • Medical Device or previous Boston Scientific experience
