About this role:
We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital initiatives for our Direct to Patient (DTP) campaign. We are looking for someone who has a track record of creating best-in-class digital marketing programs that align with the overall marketing and communications objectives. Qualified candidates will be on the cutting-edge of today's digital marketing ecosystem, including technology, media capabilities, measurement, and innovation. They will be naturally curious and an inability to settle for the status quo within their campaigns. They will be strong in their ability to manage cross functional partners, including media agencies and internal partners. This role supports the WATCHMAN franchise within the Interventional Cardiology business unit and will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Marketing Communications teams as their dedicated digital expert. 

 

Your responsibilities include:
•Responsible for driving the strategy and management of all media (including TV, social, SEM, SEO, audio, programmatic, etc) to drive patient engagement and lead generation efforts for patients who could benefit from this therapy. Media management includes the strategy, budget allocations, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
•Manage the media agency to support and amplify digital strategy, leaning into testing and innovation 
•Drive website and email strategy in partnership with digital producer and IMC partner
•Partner with cross-functional teams to drive analytics, marketing automation, web production and email to create and execute robust digital campaigns
•Effectively build relationships with marketing and marketing communications teams and act as main point of contact for planning digital programs
•Analyze various data sources (i.e. 3rd party research, competition, digital trends, past campaign data) to help guide and inform digital plans
•Effectively communicate and sell fresh ideas/plans to business partners and gain alignment
•Partner with digital marketing teams in other regions to ensure digital plans are appropriately aligned and best practices are shared
•Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams at once and effectively prioritize work
•Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices with other business units and franchises
•Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

 

Minimum Qualifications: 
•Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing. 
•7-10 years of relevant experience strategizing B2C digital marketing programs. 
•Must have experience strategizing multi-channel digital campaigns. Strong digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing and managing impactful campaign plans that drive business results.
•Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend, and take actions
•Strong communication and presentation skills 
•Thorough understanding of inbound & outbound email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, customer relationship management, and more is required.
•Approximately 10% travel required to meetings and conferences.

•Experience with marketing automation platforms.
