About the role:
The Global Marketing VP leader owns the Vascular vision for the Peripheral Interventions (PI)organization. This leader has the responsibility for developing key marketing and business objectives for the franchise globally.  This VP enables the organization to meet and surpass its goals and visions while developing the next generation of marketing talent.  This innovative leader energizes the organization by driving change to support strategic direction focused on customers, patients, shareholders, and employees.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develops annual and long-term objectives and partnerships with direct reports (VP of Arterial, Director of Venous, Director of Vascular Upstream & Marketing Strategy, and Director of PI Marketing Activation) to ensure alignment within the Vascular (Arterial and Venus) franchises.
  • Builds a talent successor bench and sponsors future leaders.  
  • Aligns franchise activities and investments to deliver against the integrated strategy and plan.
  • Develops the vision in partnership with the Marketing leadership team for the Vascular portfolio.   
  • Deploys cross-divisional and corporate system/process knowledge when appropriate to support execution.
  • Pursues, recommends and champions acquisitions for the franchise and the division.
  • Communicates integrated marketing strategies and plans within the franchise as well as across franchises and functions.
  • Leads global discussions with the leadership team to align with major geographies regularly to ensure franchise strategy is deployed globally with local customization as needed.
  • Leverages cross-franchise/functional knowledge in franchise/industry to influence complex business decisions.
  • Monitors internal systems, making changes to improve organizational efficiency when appropriate.
  • Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.
  • Understands and complies with all regulations governing the quality systems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • 10+ years of medical device marketing experience. 
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience. 
  • Proven commercial leadership with an orientation, experience building and/or executing go-to-market strategies for innovative technologies. 
  • Numerous leadership experiences executing successful marketing strategy(s).
  • A passion for leading and developing leaders and high performers, while motivating teams for optimal success.
  • The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:

  • Ability to communicate impactfully and concisely at a senior management level and across business units
