About the Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst II will serve a critical role during month-end and forecast cycles by building and retrieving revenue & margin workbooks that accuratey display and validate financial results and forecast submissions. This team member will complete revenue and margin analysis, improve our models and tools, and provide stakeholders with commentary on financial results, trends, and variance analysis.  This role will support other ad-hoc financial analysis or processes. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owns the Sales and Margin workbook utilized during month-end close and forecast cycles
  • Support month-end close process by completing daily sales flash reporting and providing commentary on variances
  • Analyzes and provides weekly sales updates and provides commentary on variances vs forecast to key cross-functional leaders
  • Create/improve financial workbooks and tools to assist month-end close and forecast cycles
  • Consolidates and submits revenue forecasts across the ICTx franchise
  • Provides price impact analysis
  • Identify and implement process improvement and standardization of reporting packages
  • Strong experience with Excel, Tableau, Essbase, Smartview
  • Ad hoc analysis & projects.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of equivalent finance/accounting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Highly collaborative, team oriented and career driven
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion and SAP
  • Strong financial analysis skills. Attention to detail a must.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial modeling experience
  • Experience with month-end financial reporting with variance analysis and commentary
  • Experience with creating and/or updating reporting dashboards and reports
  • Experience manipulating large sets of data utilizing multiple sources
