About the Role:
Manager, Cardiology Professional Education Digital Operations is responsible for leading the digital learning technology strategy and operational execution supporting healthcare professional clinical education experiences. This role leads a high-performing team in charge of digital content development, learning platform operations, communications, analytics, and blended learning experience optimization across platforms.
Manager, Cardiology Professional Education Digital Operations is highly integrated in cross-functional teams and COE’s (Center of Excellence) and serves as the technical and operational SME (Subject Matter Expert) across key platforms including Salesforce.com clouds and LMS (Learning Management Solutions) to advance scalable digital learning experience delivery. They will play a critical role in shaping and executing the digital learning experience roadmap, enhancing workflow efficiencies, and enabling measurable outcomes for professional education programs. This role will support all Cardiology Group franchises in the Boston Scientific family.

Your Responsibilites Will Include:
Digital Experience Strategy & Leadership
- Serve as the technical lead for Cardiology professional education digital experience strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, technology ecosystem architecture, and long-term capability needs.
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of digital education technology enhancements, with a focus on scalable, user-centered design and operational efficiency.
- Own digital platform operations strategy, including design, development, implementation, configuration, integration, and release management.
Team & Operational Leadership
- Manage, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary team supporting digital content production, platform operations, analytics, and digital communication workflows.
- Oversee the management, optimization, and expansion of digital learning platforms and technology ecosystem components to support live and virtual/digital education delivery.
- Ensure operational excellence across platform performance, release cycles, permissions in partnership with COE IT (Informational Technology) and COE EDUCARE.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Own the framework for data capture, measurement, reporting, and insights to evaluate professional education performance across live, hybrid, and digital programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish KPIs, dashboards, and real-time monitoring supporting continuous improvement and aligned impact reporting.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and execute digital communication and campaign strategies supporting education event promotion, platform engagement, and learner retention.
- Collaborate and communicate with key partners including Professional Education functional leaders, COE EDUCARE, COE IT, Compliance, and others.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Medical Devices digital learning operations, LMS administration, business analytics, or digital product management.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop talent and lead high-performing teams.
- Proven experience executing digital platform strategies, system integrations, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital learning methodologies, adult learning models, and user experience best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Boston Scientific experience
- MBA preferred
- Cardiology Professional Education experience 5+ years
- Experience with Salesforce.com development, LMS platforms, learning ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvement, operational program scaling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to influence at multiple levels, lead through ambiguity, and build strategic partnerships across matrixed organizations.
