<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">About This Role:

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">With general supervisory direction, assist in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety). 

 

 <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintenance activities for automated PC and PLC controlled manufacturing equipment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize down time and improve process yields.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identify, design, and implement process equipment changes to improve reliability of the process.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with vendors/suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and/or equipment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist in writing validation plans, executing plans and completing validation reports.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist in writing Process Change Assessment Forms and executing the actions to complete the process change.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist in Value Improvement (VIP) projects, implementing new equipment or processes, or improving existing ones for cost savings.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Collect data and perform statistical analysis for process characterization, Ppk, and scrap reduction goals.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with Process Development to bring new products into production.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with departmental customers to improve material quality and delivery.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians.

 

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">What We're Looking For In You:

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline and 0-3 years of related experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Self-Motivated to seek out opportunities to improve business performance
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Communicates well with peers about issues/problems that arise. 

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Preferred Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Previous Medical Device, Aerospace, and/or Automotive Experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Hands on experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and support.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Control system experience such as PLC
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to read mechanical prints and schematics
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with measurement equipment
