We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Cardiology business. You will leverage your analytical expertise and leadership skills to drive the success of digital marketing campaigns, lead generation programs and omnichannel marketing. You will lead a dynamic team of analysts that play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting marketing data, providing dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to shaping strategic marketing plans. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and IT, to ensure that all programs are supported with robust measurement strategies that align with overarching business goals.
 
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be at our Arden Hills, MN or Maple Grove, MN offices least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of analysts, cultivating a high-performance environment and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Oversee resource allocation, project prioritization, and professional development initiatives to ensure the team’s success and career growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks for integrated marketing programs, establishing goals for leads, revenue, and ROI.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and relay actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve marketing strategies.
  • Lead the creation of dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with timely and relevant performance metrics.
  • Champion accuracy, consistency, and transparency of data to support critical decision-making across marketing teams.
  • Translate complex analytics findings into clear, concise recommendations for teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Proactively recommend strategies to enhance marketing performance, foster innovation, and maintain competitive edge.
  • Leverage knowledge of healthcare marketing and data (e.g., claims, EHR data, real-world evidence) to tailor analytics approaches for relevant audiences.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare digital marketing, data privacy, and lead generation.
  • Maintain strict adherence to privacy-first principles and comply with data protection regulations across all analytics functions.
  • Ensure data governance and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in an analytical role within Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in an analytical role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience directly managing or serving as a team or project leader within an analytics or business intelligence team.
  • Demonstrated ability to upskill and coach analysts in business and technical skills to drive employee development.
  • Experience communicating complex analytics topics to stakeholders across varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Experience creating business intelligence products (reporting and dashboards) tailored for marketing use cases.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing and experience working with healthcare-specific data (e.g., claims, real-world evidence, or EHR data).

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
