Marketing Capabilities Manager

About the Role: 

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer who is ready to leverage their experience to help transform the marketing organization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, cross-functional leadership experience, and a comfort with digital platforms and data analysis.  In this role, he or she will be responsible for driving key aspects of the Marketing Capabilities strategy including internal communications, and managing the function’s central website for all tools, resources and training; BSCMarketingU.  This candidate will also help shape and coordinate multiple marketing learning programs as well as help the team measure their impact.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Design and management of BSCMarketingU.
  • Own and implement Marketing Capabilities communication strategy.
  • Establish data roadmap, and work with appropriate teams, to monitor key metrics, measure change across the marketing organization, and develop regular reporting to leadership and internal stakeholders.  
  • Be a thought partner on, and participate in the rollout of, a new Marketing Method and learning programs (content & delivery.)
  • Coordinate and administer live and virtual training programs.
  • Support marketing governance structures that help drive consistency throughout the organization.
  • Manage external vendors.

 

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of marketing (product, digital, operations) experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the key principles of marketing and how to apply them.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a comfort with various digital platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to synthesize information and develop compelling messages in presentations, written communication, marketing materials, meetings with leadership.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and innate drive to problem solve.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
