About the role:

Lead Boston Scientific’s commercialization in one of the fastest growing segments in med tech with a novel, first-of-its kind, mechanical thrombectomy platform with a highly unique mechanism of action designed to remove large amounts of clot.    


Your Responsibilities Include

⦁    Developing deep clinical & procedural expertise in the clot management space and disease states 
⦁    Clearly communicating to the sales team and physicians on how to effectively utilize this device in a mechanical thrombectomy procedure    
⦁    Developing strong relationships with physicians – including US & Global KOLs – to help cultivate and validate key commercial strategies and gain key insights    
⦁    Leading our positioning and messaging strategy  
⦁    Development of global marketing collateral
⦁    Designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Brand Activation and Digital Marketing      
⦁    Working closely with the Divisional Sales and Corporate Sales teams, including overseeing the development of sales training materials         
⦁    Utilizing classic marketing capabilities and key competencies such as forecasting, pricing acumen, market understanding, market segmentation and channel identification   


What we’re looking for: 

⦁    Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills and must be an exceptional collaborator 
⦁    At least 5 plus years of experience in medical device marketing (strongly preferred) or commensurate experience in areas such as Medical Device Sales and / or Medical Affairs with a demonstrated history of successfully launching key products    
⦁    Experience in the Peripheral Vascular, Interventional Cardiology or Neurovascular space is highly preferred but not mandatory   
⦁    Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member
⦁    Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects
⦁    Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic environment
⦁    BA/BS required; Master’s/MBA preferred
⦁    Position can require up to 25% travel in future months (some international travel may be included)
