Peripheral Interventions Project Management Internship

local office at least four-five days per week.

About the role:
As a Project Management Intern in the Peripheral Vascular Project Management team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to support projects that are critical to business growth and continuity. You will join a team of passionate individuals striving to improve patient care. The projects will vary in size and scope but may include supporting Quality/ Regulation driven projects, supporting material or supplier changes, executing product extensions, executing value improvement projects or product design enhancements. This role interfaces with professionals in a diverse range of fields including R&D, Design Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Process Development and Operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
As a Project Management Intern at Boston Scientific, you will,
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve project objectives
- Gain experience in managing project scope, schedule and risk mitigation plans
- Generate schedules and communications to assist with project task execution
- Prepare and deliver project status updates to team members and stakeholders
- Apply academic knowledge to a real-world problem set
- Improve patient lives around the world every day
Required Qualifications
- Must graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
- Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship
- Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th – August 7th OR May 26th – August 14th
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location
- Previous experience in a corporate or school setting with project management
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
