About this role:

 

The successful candidate for this position will work with multiple Boston Scientific Regions, Divisions, & Functions - supporting strategic & executional efforts aligned to commercial capabilities optimization and commercial capabilities expansion – aligning value for development & delivery within the BSC Global Commercial (Salesforce) Platform.  This role will be responsible for working with various Business Unit & Program Partner stakeholders to identify & enable; commercial process simplification, value modeling for key commercial capabilities & processes, investigation of solution options, proactive activities for cross-BSC leveraged opportunities, and other coordinated project/change/product management services/activities supporting the optimization & expansion of BSC’s Commercial Platform.

 

 Your Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Engage the Commercial Business transformation effort through collaboration efforts & partnership activities / supporting valued optimization & expansion aligned to the BSC Commercial (Salesforce) Platform
  • Work closely with BSC Business Units & IT Stakeholders; collaboratively creating, updating, & communicating a BSC Commercial Salesforce Platform Roadmap
  • Participation in BSC Commercial Salesforce Platform Roadmap leadership reviews.
  • Enable business & technical level objectives per assigned accountabilities E.g., core program operations, program investment planning, operationalizing business value, business capability & technology expansion support, etc…
  • Actively bridge Business Units Commercial strategic needs with Salesforce technology solutions / business architect scope
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to qualify & enable enterprise capabilities that support BSC’s Commercial Salesforce Platform Strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine & evolve KPI’s to help track & measure on-going business value
  • Ensure a customer first mind-set throughout all efforts & activities / help align customers to value propositions – linked to the Commercial Salesforce Platform development, adoption, satisfaction, & value (internal & external customers)
  • Provide support expertise through project mgmt., change mgmt., product mgmt. discipline’s/acumen and technical support expertise through Sales Cloud optimization & channel/cloud expansion alignment
  • Contribute in the investigation & evaluation of existing-and-new commercial business processes and help align impact values (upstream problem/opportunity support & contribution)
  • Contribute to business-driven capability modeling, demonstrations & pilot efforts / working with IT partners to investigate & efficiently recommend solution options
  • Work with (various) business project teams to support requirements alignment – linking to release planning activities & milestones / business unit project teams and/or program investment strategy project teams
  • Will be involved in some delivery of detailed functional design and test execution activities across all Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Communities, etc…)
  • Participate in Program communication strategies, tactics, & execution events – supporting stakeholders on topics such as training, collaboration, best practices, business value, challenges or opportunities in need of coalition alignment, etc…
  • Build and cultivate working relationships/partnerships – global, cross-divisional, cross-functional

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years equivalent business-technical work experience e.g. Business analyst, Functional project analyst, or general project management work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing functional or business projects (all-types)
  • Business (Commercial processes) and Technical (Salesforce) acumen needed
  • Salesforce Certified preferred e.g. Admin, App Builder, or Consultant Salesforce Certifications is a plus…
  • Experience driving simplification and efficiencies across multiple business processes & technology use cases
  • Experience building consensus, influencing leadership & delivering results through a team/partnership’s
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills
  • Strong verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage across groups in a matrixed organization

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodology is preferred
  • Salesforce Certified preferred e.g. Admin, App Builder, or Consultant Salesforce Certifications preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience would be leveragable
  • Change Management Professional (CMP) certification or experience would be leverageable
  • Commercial Product Management experience would be leverageable
  • BSC Region or Division business process & customer knowledge is preferred
