About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager who will support the WATCHMAN Direct to Patient Campaign and will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives impacting patient nurturing programs. This individual will manage a multi-functional call center team that operates as a primary point of contact for potential WATCHMAN patients. They will focus on streamlining processes to improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs, system efficiencies, and infrastructure to support strategic business needs.

 

This individual will work with cross functional team members to facilitate organizational alignment towards marketing objectives, while representing the needs of the WATCHMAN patient. Additionally, a successful candidate must have/develop a deep understanding of Afib related stroke, Left Atrial Appendage Closure Therapy and possess the ability to translate that knowledge into plans that will activate and encourage patient engagement with WATCHMAN.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Direct the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and enable nurturing programs within the DTP Marketing team
  • Drive performance standards across the call center team, continuously assessing program productivity and activity logs
  • Create and maintain metric reports on nurturing program effectiveness, patient experience and business impact
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to call center program manager and associates to ensure they have the tools and training needed to meet and exceed goals.
  • Apply agile methodologies to leverage timely and actionable data to identify areas for optimization
  • Develop a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes to enhance program and service offerings
  • Launch new service offerings and manage any program requirements to drive operational activities through to successful completion
  • Serve as subject matter expert on patient journey and provide strategic direction to influence and define dynamic CRM program

 

What we're looking for in you:

  • Bachelors degree required (preferable in Business, Marketing, Operations, Healthcare Management, or other management-related field)
  • 3+ years of successful related business experience
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and vendor management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence operational change
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs and changing priorities
  • Organized and detail oriented with an ability to make proactive recommendations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit balanced with collaborative style and professional maturity
