About the role:
Digital technologies have dramatically changed the way healthcare providers and patients access medical device and health related information. These digital capabilities also provide new tools for companies to more efficiently and effectively plan, execute and optimize marketing engagements and better serve customers and patients with relevant information and services. The Salesforce platform is a core technology component of Boston Scientific’s marketing transformation. Harnessing the power of customer data and automation technology, this platform serves as the engine to engage healthcare providers and patients with relevant digital information at specific moments of their product and therapy decision journey. Serving these audiences with ‘the right content, at the right time in the right channel’ in a highly efficient manner will enable Boston Scientific brands to achieve significantly higher marketing campaign impact and ROI.

The Digital Enablement Project Manager / Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the definition, development and activation of new commercial (Marketing and Sales) capabilities for Boston Scientific. 

Qualified candidates will have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, capacity to juggle competing priorities, and an action-oriented, responsive mindset. Experience managing complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs, as well as performing in a business analysis role to activate Salesforce capabilities, are both key attributes for success in this role. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management
•Understand complexities of a large program and provide leadership and guidance for SME's to efficiently collaborate toward the project goal
•Interact with a wide range of cross-functional and business stakeholders to orchestrate programs and make progress
•Negotiate scope, schedule, and resources with cross-functional team and businesses
•Manage milestones across multiple projects and teams, ensuring clarity on who is responsible for what, and holding team members accountable
•Define and present project status reports
•Lead teams of SMEs through the completion of all phases of the project
Business Analysis
•Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and existing business processes, and collaboratively define and capture business requirements
•Analyze processes and identify future needs / gaps
•Translate business requirements into technical requirements in the form of Agile user stories
•Participate in solution visioning with IT, Enterprise Analytics, Global CDP, and other stakeholders 
•Identify and eliminate gaps and risks; manage back and forth communication and negotiation of requirements vs. solutions between business and technical teams
•Document processes, training materials, and other artifacts
•Supports other marketing automation team efforts, including internal communications

Minimum Requirements
•5+ years of experience as a project manager and/or business analyst creating and activating new commercial capabilities for an enterprise
•Experience with the Salesforce technology ecosystem
•Salesforce Sales Cloud admin experience preferred 
•Salesforce Marketing Cloud familiarity preferred
•Available to work during US time zone business hours
•Bachelor’s degree
