Sales Operations Reporting & Analysis Manager, Cardiology

About the role:

 

As a Sales Operations Reporting & Analysis Manager, you will play a key role for the Cardiology Sales Operations organization with a variety of responsibilities including leading a team responsible for strategic planning, tableau reporting, financial modeling and analytics, sales awards program development and execution and process improvements. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the wider Cardiology Group through your contributions. You will frequently collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, including Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Finance, and IT, developing strong relationships and streamlined collaboration.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and develop a high performing Cardiology Operations and reporting team
  • Consistent delivery of analytics and reporting to sales leadership and other cross function partners
  • Design and execute product focus promotions and contests.
  • Assist with compensation analytics including but not limited to compensation plan effectiveness, spend by sales role and ROI of competitive hires.
  • Troubleshoot escalated operations issues.
  • Work closely with the divisional Finance team on cost of sales, impact of commissions on P&L and how to align financial models more effectively between Sales Operations and Finance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and establish effective and efficient processes.
  • Demonstrate team-first mindset while leveraging individual skills/ability to work independently.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance
  • Experience leading a team with similar processes, technology platforms and responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the organization
  • Familiar with Tableau, MS Access, Salesforce, SQL and other programming languages. 
  • Strong math skills with the ability to solve complex problems using a logic-based approach.
  • Expert level Excel experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Anaplan and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Curious mindset and takes an active interest in data accuracy.
  • Can-do attitude with attention to detail and oriented to precision, accuracy, continuous learning, and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature. 
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced matrix environment, prioritize own work, and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables.
