About the role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive strategic growth in our Urology division through actionable data insights. As part of the Marketing Analytics team, you will analyze large datasets, make cross-channel recommendations, and deliver strategic insights to stakeholders to optimize marketing effectiveness.
In this role, you’ll apply marketing analytics expertise across campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and align with business objectives.
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute marketing analytics frameworks across campaign lifecycles, covering measurement plans, insight discovery, and performance reporting.
- Analyze large datasets (e.g., digital advertising, CRM, sales) to uncover insights and offer recommendations that enhance cross-channel performance and optimize the customer journey.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders, counterparts, and sales teams to align goals and provide actionable insights that drive business results.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at various levels to ensure they fully understand and integrate insights into marketing strategies.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share relevant insights with the team to enable continuous improvement.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to validate hypotheses and guide decisions through data-driven testing strategies.
- Define data requirements for campaigns and programs to ensure accurate collection and analysis that support marketing objectives.
- Triage and resolve data issues as they arise to maintain data integrity and accuracy across marketing platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degreewith 4+ years in digital marketing, including 2+ years in an analytics-focused role, OR, in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of combined experience in digital marketing and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience querying databases (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake) to extract data for analysis.
- Analytical skills, including expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree concentration in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CDP.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms, such as Optimizely.
- Knowledge of advanced marketing analytics techniques, including lead scoring, attribution modeling, and media mix modeling.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support data-driven decision-making.
