About the role:
BSC recently completed the acquisition of BOLT Medical.  BOLT Medical manufacturers SEISMIQ, an Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) technology for treatment of calcified lesions in coronary artery disease. The addition of SEISMIQ Intravascular Lithotripsy System to the BSC coronary therapies portfolio makes our portfolio the most competitive and comprehensive portfolio in the market. As a Senior Product Manager, this role is focused on product ownership of the single use devices (SUDs) for the SEISMIQ Intravascular Lithotripsy system.  The role is located out of the Arbor Lakes Office, Maple Grove, MN. 
 
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery across multiple global markets.
  • Develop and implement account segmentation and target strategies to optimize product launch and market penetration.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition tailored to different customer segments and regional markets.
  • Oversee the creation of digital assets and marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, web content, training materials) to drive product awareness and sales enablement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, finance, and sales operations to ensure operational readiness and seamless launch execution.
  • Manage demand forecasting and inventory alignment with supply chain and manufacturing to meet launch timelines and launch / sales objectives.
  • Support U.S. and international product launches, with a particular focus on geographies outside the U.S., ensuring local regulatory, cultural, and market considerations are integrated into launch plans.
  • Track launch performance metrics and post-launch outcomes, providing insights to refine go-to-market strategies and future product initiatives.
 
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, strategic marketing, or sales.
  • Experience of launching at least one product in the US or global markets
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international trips
 
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Experience in MedTech industry or cardiovascular therapies.
  • Experience with intravascular imaging or calcium treatment in coronary arteries.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, self-starter, and solution oriented.
  • Good public speaker with some experience of working with sales teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, energetic, creative, and solutions-oriented

 

Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office in Maple Grove, Minnesota at least three days per week.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
