About the role:

The Sr. Manager, Leadership Development role involves project management, strategy creation, and execution of a leadership development program that aligns with strategic business imperatives. It focuses on developing management capabilities across the field sales workforce. Additionally, the position manages a new curriculum to meet organizational development goals for Cardiology Group’s People Leaders and High Potential Individual Contributors. The responsibilities extend to strategy and program development, training and coaching, culture building and implementing an executable rollout plan for the Field Sales Management Development program. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining relationships with HR partners are also essential aspects.

 

Your responsibilities will include

  • Strategy creation and execution of the leadership development program that aligns with strategic business imperatives and develops management capabilities throughout the field sales workforce.
  • Manage new curriculum to meet organizational development goals and needs for all Cardiology Group’s People Leaders and high potential Individual contributors.
  • Develop programs to enhance leadership capabilities across the Cardiology sales organization.
  • Design and implement an executable rollout plan of Field Sales Leadership Development program.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts in the development of training content.
  • Build and track key performance metrics (KPIs) associated with strategic development program.
  • Align coaching and professional development with the Cardiology Group leadership strategy.
  • Support building and management of external vendor partner relationships.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions in the organization to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain a close relationship with HR partner; align training with talent planning with overall organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge exchange, coaching and workforce development.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of online learning management systems and web delivery tools.
  • Ability to influence, inspire and motivate teams towards shared goal.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated skills in effectively coordinating training programs in the following forums: one-on-one, large group meetings, classroom or virtual learning utilizing web conferencing tools, Adobe Connect, and other tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce and associated Learning Management Systems. 
  • Working knowledge and interest in the evolving healthcare landscape.  
  • Extensive knowledge of sales skills, processes and methodologies and/or previous sales management experience.
