About the role

As a leader within the Commercial Enablement team in CT Marketing, you will develop and commercialize Closed-Loop Sales and Marketing (CLSM) solutions in partnership with Sales, Sales Ops, US Marketing, IT/Salesforce Product Managers and contracted consultants.  This includes leading the continued rollout and sales-facing ownership of Coronary Therapies Account Potential (CTAP) platform, subsequent iterations, and commercialization of additional created solutions as they are developed.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the field sales-facing product owner of CTAP, including consistent communication and interactions with Field Sales and Sales, Marketing & Franchise Leadership.
  • Lead new product development, from scoping stage to discovery to product development, including project timelines, deliverables, development needs in collaboration with IT/Salesforce Product Owner.
  • Launch new products to the sales team as developed, generating excitement for new launches and detailed launch plans including change management and communication strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders: Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, IT, Salesforce Product Owners, CT Marketing, etc.
     

What we're looking for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Project Management, Healthcare/Biomedical strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of work experience in related field: Marketing, Product Management, Project Management
  • Field Sales engagement experience preferred
  • Salesforce development experience a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Willing to travel up to 35%

Must be a collaborative and strategic thinker, comfortable working in ambiguity, and working with diverse groups across multiple teams both inside and outside of the organization.
