About the role
We are looking for a high performing, self-driven Senior Product Manager to prepare for upcoming launches and to manage ongoing efforts related to sustaining and end of life product activities. This role will work closely with the broader WATCHMAN marketing team, various cross-functional partners, the US sales team, and key physicians. This role requires a high degree of collaboration, strategic thinking, attention to detail, a flexible mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. This person will have high visibility within the organization and with customers, and must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
⦁ Prepare for and execute launch of labeling changes and next-generation device in partnership with cross-functional partners.
⦁ Complete end-of-life activities for WATCHMAN FLX marketing assets, pulling relevant content into new or existing WATCHMAN FLX Pro assets.
⦁ Support other product launch and continuation marketing efforts across the WATCHMAN portfolio.
⦁ Effectively communicate status and outcomes of ongoing work with senior leadership stakeholders, while providing thoughtful and strategic recommendations.
⦁ Build relationships and drive alignment with key cross-functional and cross-divisional partners.
⦁ Collaborate and align with marketing team counterparts and cross-functional team members to ensure a coordinated plan to deliver overall revenue and profit objectives, as well as product forecasting.
⦁ Develop a robust understanding of the WATCHMAN portfolio, LAAC procedure, and relevant clinical evidence to present to customers at tradeshows and in-person visits.
⦁ Engage key customers through in-person visits, focus groups, and other needed services.
⦁ Support WATCHMAN marketing and other functions with annual planning & budgeting.
What we're looking for in you:
Required qualifications:
⦁ BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
⦁ 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, and/or consulting.
⦁ Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Ability to challenge the status quo, think differently, and good instincts to predict future customer needs.
⦁ Demonstrated success leading in a team environment, ability to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, commitment, and trust.
⦁ Ability to travel up to 20% time.
Preferred qualifications:
⦁ MS degree

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
