About the role:
The Senior Manager plays a vital leadership role in the design, delivery, and ongoing refinement of enterprise-wide strategic programs—most notably the Unstoppable Team initiative. This individual acts as a strategic translator, aligning enterprise vision with field execution by embedding leadership standards, operational systems, and communication routines throughout the organization.
This position partners across key functions—including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Talent, HR, Learning & Development, and Field Leadership—to drive adoption, measure impact, and elevate organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of leading enterprise change programs, delivering high-impact learning experiences, and collaborating across matrixed environments.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring candidates to work out of our Maple Grove, MN location 3 days a week. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead cross-functional team (CFT) integration:
Drive the rollout and operationalization of enterprise strategic programs, ensuring coordination, leader ownership, and consistent application. - Design and deliver program content:
Create and curate impactful learning experiences (curricula, workshops, peer learning modules) that align with business strategy, leadership competencies, and the Core Four framework. - Collaborate across functions:
Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, HR, Talent, L&D, Communications, and Field Leadership to hardwire strategy into routines, systems, and team priorities. - Measure impact and drive continuous improvement:
Establish clear success metrics, track program adoption, and iterate based on business outcomes and stakeholder feedback. - Stakeholder engagement:
Facilitate launch events, training, and communication campaigns to build alignment and consistency at all leadership layers.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, program management, human resources, organizational development, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in organizational development, learning & development, HR, or strategic program management
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving enterprise change in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise vision into practical, field-level execution
- Experience designing and delivering high-impact learning content and leadership development programs
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, including stakeholder management and change management
- Ability to analyze data, measure outcomes, and continuously improve programs
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence without direct authority
Preferred qualifications and competencies:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience establishing governance structures, optimizing processes, and workflow mapping
- Experience in customer journey mapping, performance enablement, or enterprise learning programs
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Experience leading teams and fostering collaboration across functions

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
