About the Role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a Project Lead to join our growing Planning team. This role will serve as the central facilitator between Rapid Response/ Planning Systems and the site/ Planning team. The Project Lead partners with GSC Center of Excellence (COE) team and cross BSC network BPLs/ sites to develop solutions & enhancements, drive Standard work, and support the local Planning team with our core business processes.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities across multiple functions, communicate to multiple levels, and form relationships/ trust quickly
  • Facilitate alignment & efforts between Maple Grove Business Process, Planning & Rapid Response/ COE teams.
  • Drive development and refinement of the Rapid Response vision/ road map for Maple Grove site – including communicating tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing/ executing contingency plans
  • Influence cross functional Supply Chain teams to reach best results through system and business knowledge base
  • Support Planning core business processes – including monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) and weekly Schedule Adherence processes. 
  • Identify & communicate ‘asks’ of site and Sr. Management to execute to our Systems road map – including escalation of gaps/ risks that can impact business results
  • Identify process improvement and system opportunities for site Management, network BPLs & GSC/ COE teams.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 4+ years of overall related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of concepts & experience across the end-to-end Supply Chain – production, Planning & ERP systems/ tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills; managing change; goal setting; project management and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP and Rapid Response is a plus!
  • 3+ years in of project management experience
  • 3+ years medical device industry experience
  • Lean Leader/ Six Sigma Certification and/or APICS Certification
