About the role:
This role will be based out of MN and be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across the US and Canada to identify current and future workforce needs, understand upcoming talent gaps and talent needs in order to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategy roadmaps to support business goals.  This is a great opportunity to manage a team of talented talent acquisition professionals and join a dynamic Center of Excellence focused on making an impact by enabling the organization to attract and retain top talent.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
⦁    Engage with key internal business and HR stakeholders using quantitative and qualitative techniques to lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution of hiring goals within defined divisional area(s)
⦁    Champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in all aspects of the talent selection process, including training for hiring managers, interview process consistency and candidate experience, leading to measurable improvement in the availability and selection of diverse candidates
⦁    Partner with internal stakeholders on succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments to understand talent gaps and future talent need and strategize accordingly to deliver talent pipelines
⦁    Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic expertise by monitoring and staying abreast of competitive landscape, industry trends, best practices, legal developments, benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all business unit recruitment activities
⦁    Lead the use of recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics to drive key business decisions. Evaluate metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition team and related systems and processes
⦁    Integrate recruiting processes/practices that highlight and focus on enhancing the candidate experience 
⦁    Define and monitor overall talent acquisition team and performance expectations focusing on create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best talent in the competitive talent sector
⦁    Lead continuous improvement of talent acquisition programs and processes within the Center of Excellence
 
What we’re looking for in you:
 
Required skills and experience:

⦁    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal, Business Management or other related field required
⦁    5+ years’ experience comprehensive talent acquisition experience demonstrating increased responsibility and including in depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems
⦁    4+ years’ experience managing, mentoring and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals including monitoring performance through use of data, metrics, process improvement and strategy execution
⦁    Demonstrated track record of achieving talent acquisition-related business results and successes conveying passion for driving and enabling customer success through personal credibility and knowledge of the business, influencing the direction and outcomes of programs and processes
⦁    Exemplary management and people development skills within a geographically dispersed and remote working environment
⦁    Demonstrated history of engaging team members and stakeholders to influence business outcomes with members of the recruiting and HR organization
⦁    Ability to champion efficiencies within the talent acquisition process while simultaneously balancing the criticality of creating a first-class candidate experience 
⦁    Experience implementing new processes, procedures, and infrastructure within a large and remote talent acquisition organization
⦁    In depth knowledge and understanding of OFCCP and other employment related legal requirements 
 
Preferred qualifications:
⦁ Strategic Talent Acquisition experience in a medical device, med-tech, or healthcare industry strongly preferred  

  Excellent organizational and prioritization skills while executing on multiple strategies and outcomes simultaneously
⦁    Tremendous emotional intelligence and great judgment in decision making allowing you to be seen as a trusted talent acquisition partner amongst HR and business stakeholders and as an inspirational leader and coach to your team
⦁    Comprehensive knowledge of current HR/talent and ability to think outside of what’s been done before to challenge status quo and provide innovative solutioning 
⦁    Experience building and executing iterative talent attraction strategies
⦁    Ability to reimagine a talent acquisition organization of the future with a demonstrated history of driving effective change management within a large organization
⦁    Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility adapting to changing business needs
⦁    Analytical mindset- using data to tell stories and drive decisions while seeking to understand and problem solve; you instinctively ask for the data. You are fluent with talent acquisition analytics and how to build and improve systems/processes around them
