Senior Analyst, Cardiology Sales Operations

As part of our Cardiology Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our field sales organization through data-driven insights that enhance performance and impact patient outcomes.
We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Analyst to join our Cardiology Sales Operations team. In this role, you will analyze and report on variable sales incentive plans across the Cardiology field sales organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure incentive programs are aligned with business goals, drive transparency, and support our commitment to excellence in cardiovascular care.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach. A strong process orientation and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels are also essential.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:

Analyze and interpret complex variable incentive plans to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and ensure alignment with business objectives and sales strategies

Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide visibility into compensation performance across the Cardiology field sales team

Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to sales leadership, executives, and other stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and executive-ready presentations

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in compensation data to inform strategic decisions

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all compensation-related reporting

Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, streamline, and enhance compensation analytics and reporting processes
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or compensation analytics

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Preferred qualifications:

Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry

Familiarity with sales structures and variable incentive models

Experience supporting field sales teams in a matrixed organization

Experience with Anaplan or other sales incentive software
