About the role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will support the WATCHMAN Direct to Referrer (DTR) Campaign and will be responsible for developing key digital innovation strategies for WATCHMAN.
We are looking for a product leader who will ensure the success of existing products through continuous evolution and will be responsible for developing new solutions by working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Sales, Legal, Regulatory and other internal stakeholders. This individual must have experience with digital product launches and commercialization efforts, and comfortable working with developers, UX/UI, project management teams. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Exciting new role on the Referrer Campaign Team, leading digital innovation efforts defining the go-to-market strategy from inception to execution, tracking results and communication to leadership.
  • Partner with the WATCHMAN Therapy Awareness Manager to enhance the effectiveness of the Therapy Awareness sales organization through solutions and programs.
  • Utilizing research, data, and analytics about the market and the product to inform digital and commercial strategies.
  • Quantifying business objectives and customer needs to inform a high-level product roadmap that delivers value to BSC and customers alike.
  • Identify key roadmap contingencies including business operations and partner requirements.
  • Bringing together cross-functional team members to refine the business model and continue iterating digital innovations.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, think differently, and predict future customer needs, this role will be given an opportunity to innovate in the ever-changing medical device market.
  • Work between commercial/development team and working cross functional IT team, must be able to speak both IT/Tech and business/commercial team language.
  • Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best.
  • Track business performance against objectives and forecasts, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed.
  • Use classic marketing capabilities: market understanding, market segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, tool and communication creation and execution to further business objectives.


What we're looking for in you:

  • 5+ years relevant business experience in product, marketing, entrepreneurial and/or positions.
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success leading in a team environment
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects 
  • Understand IT terminology and process, agile knowledge would be helpful but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can operate independently with little direction
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
