About the role:

This Product Manager works on a team that has direct commercial product line and marketing responsibility for the LOTUS Edge Aortic Valve System in the United States. This role is specifically focused on sales channel marketing, and development and execution of customer marketing and engagement strategies to drive demand for LOTUS Edge and portfolio technologies. This person has experience marketing highly technical and clinical products and demonstrates strength customer insight marketing, cross-functional communication and collaboration, and project execution.

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Manage U.S. sales channel communications and marketing efforts to support ongoing commercialization of the LOTUS Edge Valve System.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to build relationships with and drive demand for LOTUS Edge and other Boston Scientific TAVR technologies across key customer groups.
  • Lead direct-to-customer digital communication strategy and messaging development. Identify additional opportunities to leverage digital communication platform to support broader business objectives.
  • Serve as the marketing team lead for key U.S. conferences. Develops overarching strategy to support shows and drive physician engagement opportunities, and coordinate support across US marketing team.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to plan marketing initiatives, and to continually track and optimize performance.
  • Align with the global LOTUS Edge marketing team to share strategies and launch plans as appropriate and ensure U.S. launch strategies align with broader global objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for LOTUS Edge and Boston Scientific TAVR technologies and regularly present to customers and the sales team.
  • Spend time in the field to gain market and clinical insights, as well as build relationships with key physicians and the sales team.

 

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in downstream marketing or sales experience
  • Experience managing products that are medically/clinically oriented; medical device experience a plus, but not required
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and proven ability to lead cross-functionally within matrixed organizations
  • Ability to create structured project plans and drive execution
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners focused on the sales organization
  • Analytical skills and capacity to apply data to make sound business decisions
  • Travel up to 25%, mostly domestic with potential for limited global travel
