About the role:

Develops, refines, and executes the WATCHMAN physician proctor program. Works directly with HCPs and BSC employees to implement this program globally to provide training for the safe and effective use of BSC products. Monitors industry activity to identify the clinical and educational needs of our customers. Interfaces with a wide variety of cross-functional areas, including physician training and sales / sales leadership.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develops approach, scope, and methodology for executing proctor program to maximize impact and training experience
  • Balances the supply and qualifications of proctors with the needs of the business
  • Works with Physician Training to develop robust and thorough on-boarding of proctors that creates a reproduceable process that can be used in multiple scenarios
  • Remains aware of all changes that may impact requirements by seeking out information that may change the clinical process and implementing changes/improvements to proctor protocols and materials accordingly.
  • Facilitate and maintain clinical training documentation of healthcare providers as necessary to support accurate record keeping• Partners closely with key opinion leaders to solicit feedback to refine strategy and educational content
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Independently analyses and proposes improvements to key business processes for efficiency and improvement.
  • Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success. Delivers reporting on key metrics for executive level reporting.
  • Has an understanding of various software and operating systems that can drive greater efficiencies, organization, and documentation of services provided.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to the submission process for Medical Education contracts and confirmation of service requests.
  • Manage the planning, implementation and maintenance of the quality policy/system by ensuring appropriate compliance.
  • Manage program and expense budget to the annual operating plan.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience and/or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience with SalesForce.com software

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with direct HCP interaction highly desirable
  • Experience in legal and/or compliance fields a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution
  • Must have ability to manage simultaneous priorities, changing deadlines, and resource management
