About the role:
The world is at your fingertips! Imagine collaborating with stakeholders around the world to help maintain and advance Boston Scientific’s Third Party Compliance Program. This highly visible role involves working cross-functionally with teams around the world including Legal Counsel, Auditing and Monitoring, and Communications and Training. You’ll use your analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills to implement and maintain components of a comprehensive third party compliance program and help foster a culture of compliance and ethics.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
⦁ Managing data integrity in the Third Party Business Management System including updating third party information and questionnaires.
⦁ Creating weekly reports and dashboards for global leadership and stakeholders to manage third party program requirements.
⦁ Maintaining existing and helping to develop new tools, resources, training, communications and processes related to key Third Party controls and business risks.
⦁ Cultivating internal relationships across functions and geographies and develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks.
⦁ Providing exceptional customer service to Global Third Party stakeholders and program users.
⦁ Maintaining repository of third party remediations and records
⦁ Compiling metrics and assisting in reporting on compliance and risk for Compliance Leadership.
⦁ Following established policies and procedures to support BSC’s overall business goals.
⦁ Maintaining a high degree of interest in professional development.
⦁ Attending relevant compliance training sessions and conferences and maintaining ongoing professional credentials, as necessary (e.g. CPA, CCEP, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
⦁ Bachelor's Degree is required
⦁ 1 - 3+ years of experience in the compliance field, business consultant or related audit/finance experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
⦁ The ability to confidently plan, organize, and prioritize daily, short-term, and long-term schedules to meet timelines and expectations.
⦁ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
⦁ Strong Excel versatility (i.e. vlookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint presentation skills
⦁ Ability to work with large amounts of data to analyze detailed information while still seeing the “big picture”.
⦁ Ability to connect large sets of data and identify patterns to draw conclusions
⦁ Interpersonal and collaboration skills with the emphasis on anticipating and listening to users’ needs and concerns and delivering effective client service and needs based solutions
⦁ Comfort and versatility in tackling challenges while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
⦁ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
⦁ A team-player with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
⦁ Self-started personality with a demonstrated abilityto work in an environment of change and continuous improvement.
⦁ Demonstrated strong commitment to compliance, ethics, and accountability.
