About the Role:  

An exciting entry into the Endoscopy Product Marketing organization, the Associate Product Manager role will support key initiatives in the Tissue Resection, Endoluminal Surgery, and Hemostasis franchises.   This individual will provide downstream/commercial marketing support to help accelerate growth and profitability of these franchises.  Additionally, the APM will contribute to upstream/strategic marketing, supporting the franchise vision and strategy based on their expert knowledge of market, competition, and global clinical trends.   


Your responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day product management support across 3 franchises at varying levels of product / market maturity.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on product and clinical landscape
  • New product launch execution, including internal and external promotion 
  • Trend analysis for financial and demand forecasting.
  • Partnership with Digital Marketing & Communications to build a brand, create awareness, be the buzz, and generate Market Pull.
  • Develop and train field sales organization on product positioning and messaging.
  • Ongoing support of the field including education, resources & collateral.
  • Required Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 2  years of successful related business experience in marketing, product management, sales, or business management role.
  • Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience with products that are medically/clinically oriented
  • Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment 
  • Demonstrable blend of analytical and creative talent, tactical and strategic thinking, and innovative and pragmatic approaches.
  • Willing to travel 15% - 30%, including domestic and international

  • Analytical: has detailed understanding of key performance indicators and market trends.  
  • Collaborative: works closely alongside other Upstream/Downstream PM and other cross-functional stakeholders.
