About the Role:

 

Boston Scientific is seeking a Business Process Administrative Specialist III to join our Global Business Services Global Distribution Product Control (GDPC) within the Quality Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and entering critical data into SAP, our enterprise ERP system, ensuring all product certifications comply with regulatory requirements before distribution. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, data entry and data management skills, and a customer-centric mindset who is looking to grow their career in a thriving and growing organization.

 

This role provides hands-on experience in global operations, supporting Boston Scientific’s essential product distribution processes. You will collaborate with a dynamic international team while developing your expertise in SAP and other ERP systems.

 

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite. The position is open to candidates in the following locations:

  • Marlborough, MA, United States
  • Arden Hills, MN, United States
  • Clonmel, Cork, or Galway, Ireland
  • Kerkrade, Netherlands
  • Dubai, United Arab Emirates

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, validate, and manage regulatory data within SAP, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with distribution standards.
  • Utilize SAP to perform data entry and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manipulate and validate data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with global team members across regions such as the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Global Emerging Markets to ensure effective distribution control.
  • Ensure that all products have the necessary certifications and approvals before shipment by entering the required data into SAP.
  • Support process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., Secondary School Leaving Certificate in Ireland, HAVO or VWO diploma in the Netherlands, or General Secondary Education Certificate in the United Arab Emirates).
  • 2+ years of experience working with computer systems, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience working with ERP or database systems, such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Access Database, with SAP preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other related applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and manipulating data, including organizing, validating, and analyzing information in previous roles.
  • Ability to manage data entry with attention to detail and ensure accuracy in regulatory compliance tasks.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or diploma in business administration, office administration, information technology, or equivalent (e.g., Higher Certificate in Ireland, MBO Level 4 in the Netherlands, or Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized institution in the United Arab Emirates).
  • Experience working in a regulated industry or handling compliance-related data.
  • Familiarity with advanced Excel functions for data reporting and analysis.
