We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence team. In this cross-functional role, you will be an important contributor supporting the Endoscopy Commercial Team.
This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including strategic analysis, pricing strategy, deal development and process innovation enabled by technology. A key focus will be supporting the success of our national contracting team and strategy. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal partners, including Marketing, Finance and IT.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate and partner directly with the Field Sales organization on deal design, business planning and analytics.
- Provide effective support to the Field Sales team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Track, analyze and report key performance indicators related to specific business functions.
- Manage complex national and regional requests for proposals, including financial modeling and analytics.
- Identify and support the implementation of best practices, processes and tools that enable effective workflows, consistent process execution and unified approaches to improve sales support quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
- Provide ad hoc support to project teams focused on driving sales, improving business performance or generating cost savings.
- Assist with the development and training of other analysts.
- Participate effectively and confidently in meetings with senior management teams.
- Participate in team functions and initiatives while actively supporting a positive, collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or business support role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Preferred qualifications:
- Working knowledge of programming languages and data tools such as Python and SQL.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI and Salesforce.
- Experience with data preprocessing, data mining and data visualization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and customer service.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence and apply innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
