About the role

This position is a member of the Urology Sales Operations team supporting the organization with responsibilities to administer and process the necessary transactions to support Capital Sales Programs while also leading efforts for capital sales program design and strategy

 

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support the Urology organization through the loading of detailed contract specifics into contract management systems.
  • Administer on-going maintenance of Sales Programs including amendments or other contract modifications.
  • Support the Urology Sales organization through the processing, settlement, payment and reporting on all applicable programs.
  • Create Customer facing documents for all Contract requests.
  • Provide detailed information to the sales force as needed for our Sales Programs.
  • Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures as well as Work Instructions to ensure accurate and timely contract loading and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with the Urology organization, customers and members of various cross functional teams as needed to resolve price issues.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support Sales Programs ad-hoc information requests from the Urology Sales organization and/or customers.  The ad hoc reporting can include, but is not limited to sales data, Contract status as well as updated audit reports.
  • Provide Sales Programs progress updates and analysis reports as needed.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Finance on the development of new capital sales programs
  • Assist other members of the Urology Sales Operations team as needed based on business needs and requirements.
  • Constantly look for opportunities to drive efficiencies and process improvement within the organization

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience required.
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service, Sales Operations or Contract Administration experience.
  • Highly motivated, experienced individual with strong technical, analytical, contract administration and leadership competencies to work effectively in a sales organization.
  • Detail oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have advanced skills leveraging IT solutions.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications required. Experience with contract management systems helpful
