The Manager of Digital Commerce Commercialization will coordinate commercialization efforts across divisions and regions, ensuring alignment and consistent execution of launch plans. This role will manage the “playbook” for onboarding divisions and regions, capture best practices, and support global rollout. The position requires strong organizational skills, collaboration across functions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with functions such as Customer Care, Sales Training, and Merchandising, as well as divisions and regions, to coordinate commercialization and launch plans.

Maintain and manage the Digital Commerce onboarding “playbook” to support global adoption and consistency.

Act as liaison with divisional commercialization managers, incorporating divisional priorities into CoE initiatives.

Monitor and drive customer engagement with the platform; provide input into analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.

Communicate progress to management and stakeholders through scheduled updates and ad-hoc reporting.

Stay current with B2B industry best practices in commercialization by participating in relevant conferences and seminars.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Commercialization, or related function.

Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across organizational levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions and regions.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities in an evolving business environment.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
