As a Digital Producer in our Endoscopy Division, you will be part of a group of talented professionals who develop and produce strategic video assets to help advance our business, engage our employees, and elevate our culture. You will be responsible for collaborating with our Professional Education and Marketing teams in addition to other functions and external vendors to develop and manage a variety of media rich assets that advance this purpose.
Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of video projects that take into consideration the goals of an individual initiative as well as strategic divisional objectives

Own all phases of a project from preproduction through delivery including:

Storyboarding and preproduction planning

Videography and camera operation
-
On-site lead during video production and remote/virtual events

Management of post-production and review process
-
Follow best practices to maximize video performance on social media

Coaching on-camera talent to deliver high quality productions

Work collaboratively across the enterprise to maximize our video and broadcast technology

Evaluating, recommending, and sourcing equipment and software

Keep informed of latest trends and innovations

Commitment to learning about Boston Scientific’s devices and core values
Qualifications:
BA / BS or equivalent
-
2-4 years of experience with video production and post-production
-
Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
-
Experience working with corporate executives and leadership
-
Experience producing video for social media
-
Demonstrated ability to work solo and as part of a production team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Excels in fast-paced environment
-
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
-
3D animation experience a plus
-
Photography experience a plus
