About the role:

The Director, Talent Acquisition will work with the leadership and senior HR teams to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy designed to create a strategic, diverse pipeline of talent- across the US.

 

Your responsibilites include:

  • Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies in partnership with D&I
  • Create talent segmentation strategies to proactively align recruitment efforts and strategic pipelines
  • Develop operational priorities that shape talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business planning.
  • Deliver external talent mapping for key roles and/or key succession gaps
  • Proliferate BSC external brand and differentiation strategies based upon external market and trends
  • Design processes, communications and systems that enhance the candidate experience
  • Create a best in class talent acquisition team by providing ongoing development, mentoring, and learning experiences.
  • Ensure the talent acquisition team has the appropriate skills, tools and processes to deliver results
  • Expand global support model

 

What we're looking for: 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years human resources experience with at least 5+ years leading a TA organization.  Strong preference for experience leading globally with remote teams.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective organizational change in a global organization.
  • Experience with large, company-wide program implementation.
  • Working end to end recruiting processes with the ability to oversee full-life cycle recruitment processes in a global organization
  • Knowledge of HR practices such as OFCCP, AAP, Recruitment, and Compensation
