The Urology Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is dedicated to developing future leaders of Urology R&D through a challenging rotation program that exposes participants to each phase of product development, focused on technical and leadership excellence. The program starts in July 2026, with the potential to start employment as early as January 2026. A requirement is a half-page cover letter as part of the application process.

Your responsibilities include:
- Fully participates in and successfully contributes to product development project teams including the following activities: benchtop test development and execution, design and prototype test fixtures, determine product performance specifications, test method validation, data analysis, written and verbal communication of technical data to varying audiences.
- Works independently to plan and schedule own activities necessary to meet timelines, and communicate in a timely manner
- Designs and coordinates hands-on problem solving via tests and experiments.
- Performs troubleshooting on new products/process problems as related to design, material, or process.
- Summarizes, analyzes, and draws conclusions from test results.
- Prepares standard reports/documentation to communicate results to technical community.
- Works cooperatively and leads cross-functional projects across different locations and countries in collaboration with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing team members to ensure project success.
- Demonstrates product development system knowledge through execution of high-quality deliverables.
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate senior (or master's or PhD candidate) working towards a degree in Engineering
- 0-1 year of experience in the Engineering field/industry
- Must have prior intern/ co-op experience with Boston Scientific
- Must graduate between Fall 2025- June 2026
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
- Strong communication skills as demonstrated through a required half-page cover letter as part of the application process

Minimum Salary: $ 61,000
Maximum Salary: $ 115900
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
