About the role:
The Evidence Generation Strategy (EGS) is a cross-functional initiative to standardize how evidence is planned, collected, and shared to support product claims and demonstrate value to stakeholders across the healthcare community. The approach spans clinical, technical, and economic evidence.
The EGS Manager leads education on the upstream evidence process, acts as a subject matter expert, and supports the development of evidence plans and dissemination strategies that align with the needs of the sales team and customers. This role requires building strong relationships across all functions within the Endoscopy division to inform EGS efforts, and helping to implement processes, tools, and best practices that support a robust, value-driven evidence strategy for endoscopy products. The EGS Manager reports directly to the Director of EGS, Endoscopy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain deep expertise of the endoscopy portfolio.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with key functions including Marketing, R&D, Clinical, Health Economics & Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal.

Refine and integrate the EGS process into upstream Marketing workflow.

Deliver training to key business functions who will be responsible for contributing to and implementing the evidence strategy process at the product level.

Assess technology solutions to optimize evidence efforts upstream to downstream.

Act as a subject matter expert on how to craft and harvest differentiated claims with supporting evidence. Leverage strong understanding of clinical, technical and economic study landscape and familiarity with global regulatory requirements.

Support franchises in prioritizing and activating short- and long-term evidence needs by leading recurring cross-functional Evidence Review Team meetings.

Establish processes to keep claims matrices and evidence plans up to date post-commercialization.

Develop internal and external communication best practices that the Marketing team can leverage for timely evidence sharing.

Lead educational efforts surrounding the monthly publication of key clinical articles relevant to all franchises for field use.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
-
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Marketing, Medical Affairs, or a related field within the medical device industry.

In-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross-group dependencies/relationships.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Comprehensive knowledge to resolve complex issues in creative ways.

Track record of delivering change strategies for global organizations.

Experience with global evidence strategies and understanding of global regulatory requirements.

Ability to work independently on highly specialized projects.

Experience interfacing with cross-functional leaders and leading specialized project teams.
