About the role:
The “IT End User Executive Support Technician” role is to ensure proper computer/end point/systems operations so that executive level end users and their support staff can accomplish business tasks. This involves first line, white glove support to the Boston Scientific Executive Committee and supporting staff. This includes prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.

Your responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service to all Executive Committee members and their staff.
• Demonstrate good social skills in a professional environment.
• Repair computers and end point technologies in a timely manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload to ensure high priority projects/assignments are completed first.
• Support executive level meetings (onsite, offsite, and virtual)
• Setup and install new equipment throughout the office(s), move existing equipment when necessary.
• Enter data into systems to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of capabilities and requirements for processes and systems.
• Work between sites in the area.
• Flexibility around new systems, processes, and responsibilities.

What we're looking for:

Basic  Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • five plus years' experience in Information Technologies.
  • Must be familiar with and able to operate personal computers, printers and other related hardware.
  • Motivated technician with proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading/supervising small teams and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience Supporting video conference technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience Supporting executive level conferences and events, occasional offsite events (Board meetings, earnings calls, etc)
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Minimum of two years of experience supporting executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS operating systems (Windows 98 through Windows 10), MacOS (OS 10+) and MS Office applications (2010-O365).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A+ or other relevant certifications
  • Proven ability to collaborate with peers and to research solutions independently.
  • Demonstrated Linux experience is a plus.
  • Programming/scripting experience is a plus.
