- Own delivery of the CDL platform (ingestion, curation, modeling, secure serving) to enable descriptive and predictive analytics using modern cloud data stacks.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment to business outcomes.
- Manage Jira, platform development workflows, and release governance to enable safe, repeatable delivery.

- Maintain platform operations documentation and ensure processes are up to date.
- Ensure compliance with validation, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead end-to-end improvement programs across global and cross-divisional teams to enhance CDL capabilities.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members; support their growth and remove execution roadblocks.
- Champion Agile best practices and continuous process improvement to improve delivery velocity and quality.
- Facilitate empowerment and team sustainability while maintaining high standards.
- Communicate key updates, risks, and escalations to IT and business leadership regularly.
- Deliver clear, timely status reports and lead presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that enables all team members to contribute fully.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT and data domains, including leadership of data or platform engineering teams.
