About the role: 
The UroPH IT Project Manager will support defining and driving strategy for the Urology Division. He/She will be part of the UroPH IT Commercial organization reporting to the UroPH IT Divisional Director. Will interact with IT central CoEs (Digital, SAP, others) and will be the focal point for the UroPH Commercial Team. His/her biggest challenge will have to help transforming the business into a more digitized agenda where the patient is king. Programs like eCommerce, sales efficiency and effectiveness improvements and digital marketing/sales integration are examples of key enablers of this transformative journey. The UroPH IT Project Manager will mostly interact with the Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence and Digital Marketing organizations at all levels to help bring and implement top notch solutions to BSC UroPH.


Your responsibilities include: 

  • Effectively coordinate, allocate, and manage resources and projects throughout multiple teams 
  • Manage the team’s delivery against the release timelines, flagging risks and issues when they arise; proactively identify and work to remove blockers identified during development
  • Help establish a robust digital body of governance as a joint effort with senior business stakeholders to ensure that proper prioritization of digital programs is put in place
  • Program and project management of key flagship divisional programs (eCommerce, Sales Enablement, Closed Loop Sales & Marketing)
  • Relationship and stakeholder management at multiple levels (Analysts, Managers, Directors)
  • Consulting and shaping of solutions which might benefit commercial/marketing areas across UroPH
  • Cross divisional alignment to ensure a strategic approach to all UroPH initiatives


What we’re looking for: 
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or related fields; master’s preferred.
  • 10 + years’ experience as an IT Business Partner supporting commercial organizations - preferably in the Healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (critical), Marketing Cloud (desired), Service Cloud(desired) 
  • Highly experienced in Salesforce implementations in big organizations (preferably but not limited to the healthcare sector)
  • Experience with guiding and improving agile development practices
  • Experience facilitating requirements consulting, shaping and gathering for complex applications by working with stakeholder clients and development team lead for the creation, analysis and elaboration of high-quality user stories to guide development and QA
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Knowledge of SAP (R3, ECC 6.0, HANA or S/4) – desirable
  • Desirable: previous experience with e-Commerce implementations (SAP Hybris or other)
