About the role:
The On Site Inventory Material Clerk will manage non-sterile demo product inventory, shipping and receiving demo product and capital equipment orders, and cycle counts. You will interact with Endo/UroGrants, Professional Education, Marketing, Field Sales, R&D and supply chain departments. This role will focus on NFHU demo product orders, picking, packing and shipment of orders and receiving of incoming product and order returns. You will be involved with all daily routines of the Logistics Department.
You must be able to work Monday-Friday onsite in Marlborough, MA from 7AM-330PM*.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Pick, pack, and ship BSC product, models and capital equipment.
- Support department improvement activities by cycle counting and correcting any mistakes.
- Assist in the management of the demo inventory.
- Investigate/ rectify documentation issues.
- Participate in VIP initiatives and other continuous improvement activities and projects.
- Interact with Grants teams, Prof Ed, Marketing, Field Sales and R&D
- Participate in department meetings.
- Train new employees in department procedures, CoreIMS and IDT functions.
- Serve as a back- up for other areas of Logistics.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting warehouse activities
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds routinely and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Marlborough campus 5 days a week from 7AM-330PM
