Join Boston Scientific at an exciting time as we digitally transform our customer experience. This global role focuses on transforming how we deliver the most impactful and relevant web experiences for our customers, patients, and business stakeholders.
The Lead Product Owner drives the global vision and long-term strategy for Boston Scientific’s web experience platform. This role leads a team of product owners and works closely with various disciplines (i.e. UX, content, development, digital strategists, 3rd party vendors) to deliver a best-in-breed technology strategy that is scalable, flexible and agile. The Lead Product Owner will be a part of our global marketing technology enablement team to ensure cross-platform alignment. This role requires significant collaboration and coordination with product owners of other platforms such as PIM, CDP, Analytics and CRM to drive integration between systems. 

Product Strategy/Roadmap
Your responsibilities will include:
•Develop and prioritize the 3-5-year platform roadmap, including new capabilities, integrations, systems, and tools. 
•Gauge objectives, business impact, and effort level to help determine long-term prioritization.
•Work cross functionally across the digital organization especially customer experience to ensure that the voice of the customer and voice of business is incorporated into the product design.
•Clearly communicate to global and marketing teams on roadmap features and report on impact to KPIs post-release.
•Gather data and seek input from various sources (analytics, customers, internal global and marketing teams, competitors) and crystallize into concrete insights, opportunities, and roadmap deliverables.
•Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost-effectiveness and systems flexibility
•Conduct vendor and technology research and evaluations for new technology selections.
•Develop and deliver business case for 3–5-year strategic planning and investments in digital space.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Min 5-7+ years’ experience with enterprise web platforms
•Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
•Consistent track record for leading the full lifecycle of mature, large-scale, web-based software products for the enterprise.
•Deep understanding of user experience principles.
•Experience with eCommerce integrations
•Experience delivering personalize experiences through web enterprise platforms.
•Experience with AI and ML to drive web experiences.
•Experience delivering executive level presentations and gaining stakeholder buy-in. 
•Track record of working independently yet engage proactively with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to align and drive solutions forward.
•Effective management of conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead a team effectively.
•Demonstrated ability to put the team before tasks by collaborating actively with all team members and supporting them.
•Strong technical and analytical abilities, experience with SaaS and cloud solutions.
