About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, take charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence (CSE) team. In this position, you will play a key role for the Endoscopy CSE team with a variety of responsibilities including strategy, reporting and analytics, forecasting, compensation plan development and execution, field sales awards program development and execution, and process improvements. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the department and the wider Endoscopy division through your contributions. You will frequently collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service, developing strong relationships and streamlined collaboration.

Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy division is dedicated to transforming the lives of patients by advancing the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of gastrointestinal and pulmonary conditions with innovative, minimally invasive devices.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in Sales compensation strategy, planning and design
  • Partner in Sales expense planning and management
  • Design and execute sales product focus promotions and contests
  • Participate and support Sales territory design and Sales quota allocation
  • Execute month end, quarter end and year end commissions, bonuses, and awards to the field sales team
  • Lead process improvement initiatives for CSE Team
  • Develop and maintain various reports from quarterly analytics to new product dashboards, often utilizing multiple data sources to produce strategically relevant information
  • Partner on strategic projects as needed
  • Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Financial Analyst role
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with Microsoft Access, SAP and Salesforce.com CRM
  • Familiar with SQL, VBA, and other programming languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature
  • Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
