About the role:

The Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate FP&A is responsible for, among other areas, scenario modeling around the Company’s monthly and quarterly financial management results, including and focused on the cash flow statement and relevant related metrics. In addition, this role will be a lead for the Strategic Planning process. This is a highly visible position, requiring significant interface/presentations with executive management and other corporate functions. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Cash Flow planning process cycles, reporting, analysis, requirements, etc.
    • Define, communicate and manage all requirements to develop cash flow forecasts; consolidate, create and analyze resulting forecast, including communication and coordination with the Treasury team
    • Collaborate across the finance organization (divisional and regional finance, GBS, Tax, Accounting and others as necessary) to support analysis
    • Consolidate global Capex spend on a monthly basis and understand variances to forecast and current spend trends
  • Complete Monthly, Quarterly 3-Statement Scenario Modeling
    • Maintain model to link P&L forecasts into a full 3-statement financial model (inclusive of balance sheet and cash flow) for purposes of running scenarios
    • Support guidance-setting process through scenarios, sensitivities and other ad hoc analysis; ensure connectivity with FP&A team and Corporate Accounting to understand key drivers of potential change
  • Consolidate monthly MBR and quarterly QBR forward-looking estimates
    • Manage system submissions for current outlook estimates, including coordination
    • Understand and communicate significant changes from prior outlook update, key assumptions and variables, and potential opportunities/risks to current outlook
  • Support Strategic Plan process, reporting, analysis, requirements, etc
    • Manage requirements to develop long range plan and partner with business units throughout process
    • Manage system consolidation and provide supporting reporting and analysis for total company roll-up
  • Additional responsibilities include:
    • Complete peer analysis quarterly in partnership with Corp Marketing Strategy & Insights and Investor Relations teams
    • Quickly and accurately respond to ad hoc queries from internal customers (including Sr./Executive Management)
    • Engage in continuous improvement activities to streamline core FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as supporting overall company optimization initiatives
    • Support inclusive culture of finance

  • Advanced knowledge of tools and systems (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Excel, etc.)
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance
