About the role:
Reporting to the Director Global Talent Acquisition, Boston Scientific is seeking a Global Talent Attraction & Social Media Manager, responsible for developing the social media and talent attraction strategy, recruitment marketing campaigns including social content and distribution channels for the global enterprise.  
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mixture of creativity, analytical and communication skills.  You will have a deep understanding of global social media platforms, paid social, measurement and how these integrate into talent attraction strategies and programs.  


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, develop and execute global social media talent attraction strategy designed to meet global talent acquisition needs (i.e. recruiting events, time sensitive hiring campaigns, persona-targeted employee spotlights, etc.)
  • Partner with Corporate Communications on social media content development and strategies, ensuring content reflects company tone, employer value proposition messaging, and key business priorities and focus areas (i.e. diversity, equity and inclusion, innovation, corporate social responsibility)
  • Partner with global talent acquisition stakeholders to create social posts and source related materials and vendor partners to advance employer brand awareness and recognition 
  • Display in depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective relevant audiences (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc) and how each platform can be deployed to attract top tier talent with a focus on multicultural talent
  • Lead and influence relevant stakeholders on content development, creation and online employer brand reputation management 
  • Develop communication plans designed to promote Boston Scientific as an Employer of Choice 
  • Provide internal consultation and education on social media talent attraction strategy, setting expectations and sharing best practices
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders to develop and monitor KPIs designed to measure ROI and evaluate program and strategy effectiveness
  • Perform routine data analysis to extract key insights and make recommendations introducing new concepts focused on innovative and employer brand impact expansion
  • Vendor management (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or other applicable field of study
  • At least five years of experience (or combination of experience) in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and social media management and campaign development within a professional setting
  • At least three years’ experience with applicant tracking system and CRM tools and technologies 
  • Strong understanding of social media talent attraction tools, techniques and trends for attracting talent globally
  • Demonstrated Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams
  • Proven knowledge of industry trends including new social media and talent attraction platforms and ability to leverage competitive market intelligence and current/emerging influencers to drive success

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least three years’ experience managing spend allocation
  • Proficiency managing social content creation and recruitment marketing campaigns for a global brand preferred
