About the role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a creative, disciplined and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global organization as we aim to scale our growing talent acquisition team.  We are a purpose led, performance driven and people-focused culture and believe that everyone should be empowered to bring their authentic self to work.  As a leader on the Talent Acquisition team, you will have an integral role in helping to power and drive forward diversity, inclusion and belonging through the high performance of your team.  

In this role you will be responsible for creating strategies for attracting and engaging talent while partnering with key stakeholders to identify a strategic approach to meeting business talent needs through successful team leadership and stakeholder management.   This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on making an impact on the business by enabling the organization to attract and retain top talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

⦁    Develop talent attraction strategies designed to drive hires to effectively meet the needs of the business
⦁    Identify new channels and technology to attract and engage a continual pipeline of candidates
⦁    Integrate recruiting processes/practices that highlight and focus on enhancing the candidate experience 
⦁    Drive focus on diverse hiring strategies; adapt corporate initiatives to meet organizational aspirational DE&I goals and objectives
⦁    Deliver against ambitious hiring plans spread among several internal stakeholders
⦁    Partner to define overall team and performance goals across the team; create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best talent in the competitive recruiting sector
⦁    Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and track metrics to measure the performance of the team, hiring managers and interviewers
⦁    Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all business unit recruitment activities
⦁    Understand business stakeholder workforce planning and forecasting needs working in partnership with HR Business Partners
⦁    Design and oversee the implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with customer objectives and business goals
⦁    Assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition services and products and impact on business results


Required qualifications:

⦁    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal, Business Management or other related field required
⦁    At least five years of comprehensive full cycle talent acquisition experience demonstrating increased responsibility and including in depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems
⦁    At least four years’ experience managing, mentoring and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals including monitoring performance through use of data, metrics, process improvement and strategy execution
⦁    Demonstrated track record of achieving talent acquisition-related business results and successes conveying passion for driving and enabling customer success through personal credibility and knowledge of the business, influencing the direction and outcomes of programs and processes
⦁    In depth knowledge and understanding of OFCCP and other employment related legal requirements 


Preferred qualifications:

⦁    Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize while executing on multiple tasks simultaneously
⦁    Tremendous emotional intelligence and great judgment in decision making allowing you to be seen as a trusted talent acquisition partner amongst HR and business stakeholders and as an inspirational leader and coach to your team
⦁    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organization
⦁    Comprehensive knowledge of current HR/talent, and the ability to think outside of what’s been done before to come up with the best solution.
⦁    Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in adapting to changing business needs
⦁    Analytical mindset- using data to tell stories and drive decisions while seeking to understand and problem solve; you instinctively ask for the data. You are fluent with talent acquisition analytics and how to build and improve systems/processes around them
⦁    Experience building or executing iterative hiring strategies
