HR Coordinator, Strategic Talent Management & HR Planning Job

About the role:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resource leaders, including 1 VP and 5 Directors, that support the Strategic Talent Management & HR Planning Teams at Boston Scientific.  These teams include: Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, and the HR PMO.

 

Your responsibilities will include:


General Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management for 5 Directors, and the VP, Global Talent Management & HR Planning
  • Schedule and coordinate regular leadership team meetings and quarterly town halls; agenda preparation and follow up actions
  • Create and process PO’s and invoices; troubleshoots invoices and coding; manages expense reports
  • Coordinates Strategic Talent Management & HR Planning team activities and workshops
  • Gather and prepare data in preparation of Strategic Talent Management & HR Planning initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Provide support for presentations
  • Lead projects as assigned 

 

COE Support Responsibilities:


Talent Management Support:

  •  Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership Development Program      (monitoring email box, coordinating meeting, and communication), working with     contracts, vendors, hotel accommodations
  • Support Talent Management with administration of local training, external assessments (Hogan personality assessment); assist with Success Factors testing (Quarterly releases)
  • Qualtrics support, being a basic to intermediate survey administrator
  • Provide support on Language Translation projects


Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Assist Talent Acquisition with BSC’s intern program administration
  • Support social media and branding projects

 

HR Analytics

  • Monitor the HR Analytics mailbox
  • Manage permissions on tableau and SharePoint

 

HR PMO

  • Update the HR to HR SharePoint side with PMO information, including monthly metrics, VIP monthly educational content and reports, monthly portfolio updates, and best practice knowledge sharing

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field of study
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or related discipline
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite 
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to design impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • Quickly adaptable to new technologies
  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple stakeholders
  • A strong grasp of data and analytics; demonstrated ability to identify and deliver insights
  • Ability to problem solve independently
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
  • A high degree of motivation, resourcefulness and positive energy
  • Ability to influence others
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Desire to continuously learn, take on more complex assignments, and advance a career within Human Resources
