About the role:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing sales reporting, analytics and support to the selling organization to help drive commercial model success for the division.  As an integral member of the broader UroPH Sales Operations team, this role will partner with franchise commercial analysts, compensation analysts, finance and the sales field team. The Sales Operations Analyst role requires strong communication at various organizational levels, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced sales environment.  


  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Conduct analysis on sales data to ensure optimal commercial model execution and attainment of growth objectives.
    • Leverage suite of tools to offer consistent and regular reporting against the commercial model execution.
    • Gather account information from the selling organization for use in quota generation and strategic planning.
    • Partner with commercial analysts and finance on timing and flow of relevant data spanning across functions.
    • Make recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the sales force.
    • Support the sales field team by providing various analytics and reporting to key stakeholders.

  • What We're Looking for in you:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field
    • Minimum of 3 years of finance, sales support, marketing and/or related analytical work experience
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, proficient skills with Access, PowerPoint and Word
    • Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales. 
    • Detail oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. 
    • Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives


  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Tableau and Salesforce.com experience
    • SQL, VBA and other programming languages
