About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Strategist develops best-in-class digital marketing objectives, strategies and programs to help drive the overall Business Unit objectives. The Digital Marketing Strategist owns the comprehensive digital strategy leading digital activation projects and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels and tactics. This person works in close collaboration with key stakeholders in our franchise and patient marketing organizations as well as across the BSC community. 

Qualified candidates have proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing programs, paid media campaigns, email nurture, web, as well as SEO/SEM campaigns that drive business results among healthcare providers (HCPs), consumers and patients. This role reports to the Digital Customer Experience Manager and will be a key contributor in achieving the divisions business goals.
Your Responsibilities Include:

•Develop overall global digital strategy across paid media, CRM (email, text), web, SEO/SEM, and other key digital channels aligned with the broader Marketing and Integrated Communications campaign strategy to create a closed-loop journey
•Own planning, execution and measurement of digital campaigns targeting key audiences.
oAnalyze available data sources (i.e. 3rd party research, competition, digital trends, past campaign data) to help guide and inform digital and broader Global Integrated Communication plans.
oDrive CRM strategy by leveraging SalesForce.com data to effectively target key audiences
oSupport the continuous improvement of campaign processes, delivery and measurement
oWork in close alignment with the Content Strategists and Patient Marketing Managers to steer the digital narrative on relevant BSC-owned web pages and properties, along with their respective email and promotion programs
oAdministering and/or overseeing external vendor administration of paid search, display and programmatic advertising
•Leverage and refine analytics and Key Performance Indicators for campaigns and digital channels by working closely with Global and Division analytics teams to create measurement plans and deliver insightful campaign reports to key stakeholders and leadership
•Contributing to and supporting our ever-evolving digital transformation and customer-centricity journeys – trialing new technology, processes, methodologies and programs, continuously learning, optimizing and relaunching


Key areas of collaboration:
oContent Strategists leveraging the content that they provide as part of broader communication efforts and offering channel best practices for content building and deployment to optimize customer experiences
oSocial Media Strategists on all social strategies and tactics
oDigital Production personnel and external vendors on project plans and execution of digital deliverables
oProduct and Patient Marketing partners as well as Global Integrated Communications team to ensure digital plans and tactics support broader marketing commercial strategies
oDirector of our Global Digital Marketing Team in Corporate as well as the pan BSC team of Digital Marketing Managers, analytics, social media, and web technology experts to create robust campaigns
•Effectively communicate and recommend fresh innovative and relevant ideas/plans to business partners and gain alignment
•Manage external vendors/agency relationships as well as campaign budgets as appropriate
•Ensure UroPH digital plans are appropriately aligned with other BUs and best practices are shared
•Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices with both internal and external teams
Mimimum Requirements:

•Candidates can be remote
•Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing.  MBA preferred.
•3+ years of relevant global digital strategy experience required.  Experience in digital marketing in healthcare, particularly targeting HCPs and Patients, is preferred.
•Comfortable challenging the status quo and innovation opportunities
•Candidate must have strong CRM and digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing digital campaigns.
•Understanding of and comfortable using Google analytics
•Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing tools (Marketing Cloud), Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress is strongly desired.
•Thorough understanding of inbound & outbound email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, customer relationship management, webcasts/webinars, and more is required. 
•Ability to work effectively as a member of a regionally diverse team, in a fast-paced environment is required
•Travel up to 20% depending on requirements. Candidate should be comfortable with travel and overtime as commitment requires.
