About the role:
The Manager, Brand and Reputation Operations plays a critical role in enabling the success of Boston Scientific’s corporate brand and reputation teams. This role is responsible for operationalizing brand and reputation programs by managing workflows, timelines, budgets, approval process, and cross-functional coordination across teams. Working closely with brand strategy, creative, content, media, reputation program leads and agency partners, this role ensures initiatives are delivered efficiently, consistently, and on time. This position is ideal for a highly organized program leader who excels at managing complexity and enabling teams to do their best work.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage integrated brand and reputation program workflows, timelines, and facilitation of strategic planning and annual operating plan cycles
- Manage brand marketing operations model with project management, identifying dependencies, surfacing risks and monitoring execution of deliverables across brand, creative, content, digital and media teams
- Own intake from internal and external stakeholders, briefing, and alignment processes for brand and reputation initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for external agency and contractor deliverables
- Coordinate reviews with SMEs and routing for approvals
- Track monthly budgets, draft scopes of work in collaboration with SMEs, and on-board new partners and vendors
- Ensure deliverables meet timing, quality, brand, communication, legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for overseeing reporting of KPIs and milestones as part of brand marketing program and all corporate communications programs (inclusive of reputation programs)
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Global Corporate Communications, Integrated Digital Marketing, Enterprise Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, regional and business teams
- Maintain project workflows, timelines, campaign documentation, calendars, and playbooks
- Identify process improvements and integrate AI into ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability
- Support leadership with status updates, risk management, and readiness reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in marketing operations, account / program management, or project management related to managing integrated marketing campaigns in corporate setting or agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives
- Experience coordinating work across internal teams and external agencies
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Experience operating in fast-paced or highly regulated environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful, creative, highly-collaborative and operates with agility and sense of urgency
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree or formal training in business, marketing, or project management
- Experience supporting brand or integrated marketing teams
- Familiarity with marketing and communication workflow tools and processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution without direct authority
- Familiarity and curiosity for use AI aimed at gaining cost and time efficiencies, time-savings
- Proficiency in powerpoint and project management tools
